commence sous l&rsquo;impulsion de l&rsquo;AFNeT, <strong>association qui depuis plus de 40 ans booste et accompagne l&rsquo;industrie franc\u0327aise dans sa Transformation Nume\u0301rique. Les 4 associations multisectorielles de pre\u0301-normalisation, l\u2019AFNeT, l\u2019AIF, MINnD et l\u2019AFIS montent le Programme ATLAS en re\u0301ponse a\u0300 un appel a\u0300 projets du Gouvernement dans le cadre du Plan Relance. <\/strong>La Probl\u00e9matique : \u00ab\u00a0Mutualisation de moyens au service des filie\u0300res et plateformes nume\u0301riques de filie\u0300res\u00a0\u00bb. Le tout est pilote\u0301 par le SGPI, la DGE, le MTES et la BPI.<\/p><p>En 2022, les \u00ab\u00a0ATLAS Projects Days\u00a0\u00bb, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;exposer les premiers ATLAS est en fait l\u2019extension des actions mene\u0301es les anne\u0301es pre\u0301ce\u0301dentes avec l'Ae\u0301ronautique et la  Construction. Ces fili\u00e8res travaillent depuis plusieurs anne\u0301es de\u0301ja\u0300 en \u00ab mode projet \u00bb, c\u2019est-a\u0300-dire avec des objectifs business concrets, une gouvernance, des plannings, des budgets, des de\u0301lais, des livrables et surtout des re\u0301sultats ope\u0301rationnels pour les industriels. A elles deux, elles disposaient d\u2019un budget de presque un million d\u2019euros chaque anne\u0301e pour financer des travaux type ATLAS. Cette responsabilite\u0301 se traduit par la direction du Programme et la mise a\u0300 disposition de coordinateurs techniques, experts dans leur domaine, qui orchestrent et nourrissent les travaux.<\/p><p>Le Programme ATLAS est par de\u0301finition transverse puisque son but consiste a\u0300 favoriser la fertilisation croise\u0301e. Son Comite\u0301 de Programme se veut repre\u0301sentatif de cette transversalite\u0301. Il assure la cohe\u0301sion globale d\u2019ATLAS notamment en e\u0301quilibrant les financements et en assurant toute la coordination transverse.<\/p><p>Enfin, le Comite\u0301 Strate\u0301gique est compose\u0301 des financeurs, (les filie\u0300res industrielles et les Pouvoirs Publics), des partenaires et des pre\u0301sidents de domaines.
