production industrielle, a fait l\u2019objet en mai dernier d\u2019une note de synth\u00e8se tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante r\u00e9dig\u00e9e par le groupe de travail de l\u2019Association Nationale Recherche Technologie \u00ab Pour une politique industrielle du num\u00e9rique \u00bb.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Ce groupe s&rsquo;est donn\u00e9 pour mission de d\u00e9finir le smart manufacturing, d\u2019exposer ses enjeux et de proposer un plan national en sa faveur. Il rassemble d\u2019\u00e9minents experts du monde de l\u2019industrie, dont Pierre Faure pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AFNeT, Co-pr\u00e9sident et Directeur du Programme ATLAS, est pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par G\u00e9rard Roucairol, pr\u00e9sident honoraire de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie des technologies, Pierre Bitard, auteur \u00e0 l\u2019ANRT et Clarisse Angelier, directrice de publication \u00e0 l\u2019ANRT.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc6477f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cc6477f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le smart-manufacturing comme enjeu politique et \u00e9cologique\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b41c1bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b41c1bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Les experts qui ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 cette note de synth\u00e8se insistent sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices qu\u2019apportent ce mode de fabrication intelligente. Dans le contexte de tensions internationales et de changement climatique que nous vivons actuellement, les enjeux sont \u00e0 la fois politiques et \u00e9cologiques comme par exemple l\u2019exigence d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p><p>Ils insistent \u00e9galement sur les nombreux changements que cela implique et qui, s\u2019ils ne sont pas correctement accompagn\u00e9s, pourraient avoir un un effet contre-productif.<\/p><p>Le smart-manufacturing comporte une dimension technologique et une dimension organisationnelle, l\u2019une comme l\u2019autre \u00e9tant indissociables et fondamentales, le travail doit donc porter sur ces deux aspects tout en restant ouvert \u00e0 l\u2019un et \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Il n&rsquo;y a que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mode travail souple et \u00e0 des moyens de communications simplifi\u00e9s que le changement pourra \u00eatre efficace.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a8a116 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9a8a116\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les standards comme outils n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la migration vers le smart-manufacturing\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9dc8cc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9dc8cc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Il ressort de cette note de synth\u00e8se que pour une mise en \u0153uvre efficace et \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle du smart-manufacturing, la circulation des donn\u00e9es est l\u2019une des probl\u00e9matiques centrales et qu\u2019elle ne pourra se faire que gr\u00e2ce aux standards. Le choix de ces derniers constitue pour les auteurs la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de toute transformation num\u00e9rique vers le smart-manufacturing. Les standards sont clairement d\u00e9finis comme les outils qui permettent de caract\u00e9riser les enjeux et comme op\u00e9rateurs de transformation. Ceci pos\u00e9, la question du cloud et tout ce qui en d\u00e9coule doit \u00eatre abord\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Convaincue de l&rsquo;importance de ce sujet, l&rsquo;ANRT a fait parvenir cette note aux membres du gouvernement et aux \u00e9lus (Assembl\u00e9e Nationale et S\u00e9nat) assortie d&rsquo;une demande de rendez-vous en septembre.<\/p><p>Cette note de synth\u00e8se pose un regard complet sur l\u2019\u00e9tat du smart-manufacturing en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international et nous donne les pistes n\u00e9cessaires pour avancer.
